Player cards for footy, netball, cricket, soccer and surf clubs — in runs small enough for a single team, delivered in 7–14 working days.
Every club has the same photos sitting in a folder somewhere: action shots from the season, team photos, a kid holding a trophy. Player cards turn those into something families actually keep.
We print them in quantities that suit a club rather than a corporation. One team, one age group, or the whole association.
Front. Action photo, player name, squad number, club logo, season. Keep it simple — a card is small, and anything you cram in makes everything else harder to read.
Back. This is where clubs get creative: position, preferred foot or hand, years at the club, season highlights, a personal fun fact. The fun fact is the bit kids actually read.
The most common mistake we see is photos taken on a phone from the sideline, cropped hard. At card size a tight crop of a distant photo turns to mush. Shoot closer than feels necessary, or tell us early and we'll flag which images won't hold up.

Double-sided player cards for two club teams. Action photography on the front with squad number and season, and a stats panel on the reverse covering throwing and batting hand, position, season highlights and a personal fun fact.

120 cards covering competitors, referees and players, on 300gsm with gloss laminate both sides, wrapped into sets ready to hand out on the day of the event.
Seven working days from approved artwork to delivery, for a fixed event date. Read the case study.
Size. Standard poker size (63.5 × 88.9 mm) is what people expect from a sports card and what fits every sleeve and folder.
Stock. 300gsm as standard. Gloss laminate keeps photography sharp and saturated, which is usually what you want for action shots. Matt is softer and shows fewer fingerprints.
Finishing. Rounded corners as standard. Cards can be supplied loose, bundled by team, or sealed into packs for selling.
A single team is a completely reasonable order. So is a whole club.
Most card orders run 7–14 working days once artwork is approved. If you're printing for a presentation night, tell us the date first and we'll work backwards and give you an artwork deadline you can hold people to.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Club jobs are rarely late because printing was slow — they're late because the photos took three weeks to collect.
Send a spreadsheet with the names and numbers, and the photos named to match. It sounds obvious; it's the single biggest time-saver on a club job.
Check spelling twice. A misspelled name on a trophy is embarrassing — on a card that goes home to a hundred families, it's worse, and reprinting one card costs nearly as much as the run.
Yes. Short runs are the point of printing locally.
Yes, and the card back is the best place for them.
Yes — tell us whether you want fixed or randomised contents, because that changes how we collate.
Depends on the order size and what's running at the time. We'll tell you which before you commit. Either way the cards are couriered, not shipped in a container.
You do, and you're responsible for having permission to use images of players. For junior teams, check your club's photo consent policy before sending anything through.
Tell us how many players, how many teams, and when you need them. We'll come back with a price and an artwork deadline.
